Before we book, we take the time to get to know you and your pet with a friendly, no-pressure meet & greet. This short visit helps us understand your pet's unique personality, routine, and needs—so every visit feels safe, familiar, and fun. The meet & greet is essential to:

• Introduce ourselves to you and your pet in a calm, positive way

• Learn about your pet's likes, dislikes, and any special needs

• Go over your routines

• Answer any questions you have about our services and approach
