1. Are we the only ones in the dog run?

Yes! All rentals are private — you and your dog(s) will have the fenced area completely to yourselves during your booking.

 

2. Will I see other dogs or humans?

It’s possible that a trainer with a client may be on-site before, during, or after your appointment, but this will not interfere with your private rental. They will either be inside the facility or on the top field which is not visible from the dog run.

 

We schedule a 15-minute buffer between dog run bookings to minimize overlap and give everyone space to enter and exit safely. While we do our best to ensure privacy, early arrivals can occasionally happen. To maintain a calm and respectful environment — we ask that all clients remain in their vehicles until the previous renter has safely loaded their dog into their car.

3. Can my dog run off-leash?

Yes, but only while inside the fenced dog run. Dogs must remain leashed at all times outside the enclosure, including when entering and exiting. This rule helps keep all dogs and people safe.

 

4. What should I bring?

You are responsible for bringing any essentials your dog might need during your visit — such as: toys, water and a bowl, poop bags.

 

5. Do I have to clean up after my dog?

Absolutely. All waste must be picked up immediately to keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone. Please place bagged and tied waste into the green bin located inside the dog run. Leaving poop behind will result in future booking restrictions.

 

6. Is the 1/2 acre fully fenced in?

Yes! It is fully fenced in with a 6 foot tall fence and a safety transition There’s also a safety transition area — a small, double-gated entry space that allows you to safely leash or unleash your dog before entering or exiting the main run.

7. Where do I find the rental rules?

When you book your rental, the rental rules and waiver will be available to review.

8. I don't have a PayPal account, can I still book?
